Eucalyptus Melliodora grows predominantly on the Western side of Victoria, in the drier areas North of the Great Dividing Range. The honey produced from this ‘Box’ Eucalyptus species, has a beautiful straw colour, very dense, and is aromatic with a pronounced flavour. Chevra uses only the best sustainably sourced raw honey.
